I was having problems with my transmission and one day I went to get in it and it said "shift inhibited return to neutral to reset" and after doing some research on the internet I came to the conclusion that my neutral safety switch must be bad. So here's a video showing how to take it out. AC
Delco part #29542692. Unfortunately after I got the switch changed it didn't fix the problem and it ended up being my transmission control module. AC Delco #24256861
