A little test animation with my Tomte character.

The Tomte is a Swedish Christmas Troll, although I am not too familiar with the full characteristics of the Tomte it is my understanding that he is a family household guardian at the festive time of year. I wanted to bring a little magic to the little troll with the idea that he can teleport and move around the home without being seen. With a twist of his magic hat the Tomte encases himself in a bubble and 'pop' disappears free to roam. His magic hat also possesses the power to create gifts and festive joy, as the magic flows into the hats brim the Tomte can harness the power to form that wonderful gift you have been wishing for.

This test largely focusing on the simulations and magical elements around a simple character animation.
