Honda VFR800 VTEC - Exhaust Heat Shield Corrosion Prevention With Bilt Hamber Hydrate 80 Rust Killer

Hello everyone, welcome back to the Shed!

In this video I am going to attempt to repair and renovate the exhaust heat shield on my Honda VFR800 VTEC.

I noticed that it was incredibly rusty when I removed it in order to replace the Cam Chain Tensioners and had intended to do this ever since.
