Charlize Theron is a South African and American actress, producer, and fashion model. She was born on August 7, 1975, in Benoni, South Africa. Theron began her career as a model and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.

Theron's breakthrough role was in the 1997 film "The Devil's Advocate" and she gained further recognition for her roles in "Mighty Joe Young" (1998), "The Cider House Rules" (1999), and "Monster" (2003). WEDNESDAY, THURDAY & FRIDAY: Full body routine
Pliés in 2nd position - 35-50 reps
Seated biceps curl - 60 reps
Side lateral - 35 reps/side
Butt lift: Raise and lower hips, squeezing glutes, in the bridge position - 75 reps.
Bicycle crunches - 60 reps
Plank- 60+ sec.
Bench press using -60 reps
Triceps pushdown- narrow grip. 35 reps

SATURDAY and SUNDAY: Rest
