We stay in the stunning and peaceful beach resort of Fernandez bay for 5 nights as a base to explore Cat Island in the Bahamas. We eat at Hidden Treasures which really is a gourmet gem where the food was as good as have eaten anywhere in the world. We then climb Mount Alvernia, the highest land point in the Bahamas.
