An Unforgettable Start To The Mae Hong Son Motorbike Tour

I have been dreaming of this day for over 3 years. Today I start on the Mae Hong Son Motorbike tour in Thailand. I plan to spend 7-10 days on the Mae Hong Son loop in Northern Thailand. I decided to do the loop going clockwise from Chiang Mai, so my first stop on day 1 is Doi Inthanon. This is the highest mountain in Thailand. I had a great (but slow) ride to the top on my Honda ADV 160 motorbike. The ride down was MUCH more exhilirating. Found some good food and a wonderful little Farm stay resort to spend the night.
