Hola amigos! Thank you so much for watching :) This video contains the first part of MUSIC MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION WORKSHOP. Here it shows a series of exercises taken from different sources of yoga and fitness disciplines. These exercises are included in the first part of the MMM class.

Here Ricardo is starting the routine with some stretching side to side, up and down, using a tension-release technique, intended to toning the muscles of the body.. the intention is to become more conscious of the different parts of the body, muscles, articulations, areas of tension in shoulders, back, etc.

This 9 minute energizing exercises routine is based -in part, on teachings from Paramahansa Yogananda and the Self Realization Fellowship. Ricardo's been developing his MUSIC MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION techniques for more than 20 years, and with 6 different trips to India. His passion for India's music, culture and philosophy gave him a solid platform to be nowadays part of his daily spiritual and mystical experience.
