Hobi requires chemistry from all of his dancers. And he is not afraid to say when he's not happy with their performance.

Hobi is known for his professionalism. And being a professional also means delivering his best despite some awkward feelings. So even though Hobi handpicked his "Killin' It Girl" dancers, it is still different meeting them in person. Hobi was comfortable with some of the dancers as he had already worked with them from his "Mona Lisa" MV. As for the rest, Hobi tried to start a healthy working relationship with them.

With Alyssa being his main dance partner, Hobi needed to have the most chemistry with her. But this was their first meeting, and Hobi admitted to being nervous about moments like this, remember? Thankfully, Alyssa has the personality that instantly took Hobi's shyness and nervousness away. And just like that, their chemistry grew stronger every rehearsal and performance.

Hobi would always set aside his shyness and nervousness to deliver the best performance to the audience. Here's rookie Hobi looking bold and confident with his female co-star despite only knowing her through random casting. He would even turn an awkward situation into something fun. Look how Hobi just laughed it off when the staff kept playing the wrong part of the song.

Aside from his undeniable talent, Hobi's professionalism is one of the main reasons why his performances are successful. But it is a huge plus when his female companions help ease the tension. Hobi even thanked Sana for making him feel comfortable right away in her show. He said he was feeling pretty shy and nervous before meeting her.

But Hobi's professionalism is not limited to his Idol persona. So despite his "Sunshine" status, Hobi revealed he took his Drill Instructor role very seriously. Sana pointed out a particular moment when Hobi was strictly keeping peace and order. Hobi explained that doing his job well and being a professional come naturally to him.
