tools, which are various sizes of chisels, to create some of
the most beautiful pieces of arts that we can still see today in thailand.

woodcarving is one of the major craft in the history of the
kingdom. Wood carving was practiced throughout the
country and was considered one of the higher art forms.

We can still see the exquisite art form in some temples
and palaces that has endured the time today. The preferred
wood was teak because it’s a type of hardwood that resists
insect attack and is very withstanding.
