Salmon Patties and Smothered Potatoes

This is a childhood fav! My mommy used to fix this for my brothers and me and we’d be so excited when she did. Back then it seemed like an expensive treat because we didn’t get it often, lol! I hope you make this one for your family too❤️

You’ll need:
Vegetable Oil
Lemon juice
Butter
Plain Bread Crumbs
Canned Pink Salmon
Potatoes
Onion and Bell peppers
Green onion
Eggs
Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Old Bay Lemon&Herb Parsley
Flour and Cornmeal (I used a pkg of yellow cornbread mix)

Note: You need about an inch of oil to fry your patties/croquettes.
