10-12 small potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
2 cloves garlic (minced) I used garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Grated parmesan (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish-optional)
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Boil potatoes until fork-tender (15-20 min).
2️⃣ Smash them on a baking tray.
3️⃣ Brush with garlic butter + seasoning.
4️⃣ Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25-30 min.
