Misal pav (Marathi: मिसळपाव) is a popular dish from Maharashtra, India. It consists of misal (a spicy curry usually made from moth beans) and pav (a type of Indian bread roll).The final dish is topped with farsan or sev, onions, lemon and coriander (cilantro). It is usually served with bread or rolls[5] toasted with butter and buttermilk or curd and papad. It is served as a breakfast dish, as a snack and also as a full meal.

3-4 garlic cloves ( lehsun)
2-3 ginger pieces (aadrak)
2-3 cinnamon sticks (dalchini)
8-10 black pepper ( Kali mirch)
3-4 cloves (laung)
2-3 cardamom (elaichi)
1 large cardamom ( badi elaichi)
1 tsp mustard seeds ( Rai)
1 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
2-3 dry red chilli (sukhi Lal mirch)
curry leaves
1/2 cup grated dry coconut ( sukha khisa hua narial)
1/4 tsp Hing
1/2 cup chopped onion ( pyaj)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste ( aadrak lehsun paste)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder ( haldi powder)
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder (laal mirch powder)
1 tsp coriander powder ( dhaniya powder)
1/2 cup tomato puree
kasuri methi
fresh coriander Leaves ( hara dhaniya)
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
pav
farsan
fresh curd
lemon
salt as per taste
