New visa rules for Sri Lanka TODAY🤯 This is how you can apply for e-visa from april 2024

And just like that 😅 from one day to another: a new web page to apply for e-visa to Sri Lanka....

This is what I know so far - April 18:

- The new web page to apply for e-visa: https://www.srilankaevisa.lk/
- Most Europeans can only apply for 60 days (within 6 month) visa.
- The new visa fee (including all the service charge) is 100.07 USD for most Europeans.
- Only turists from China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan get 30 days e-visa for free - until April 30th, 2024
- Citizens of The Republic of Singapore, The Republic of Maldives, The Republic of Seychelles and The Czech Republic are exempt from the requirement of obtaining tourist standard 6 months eVisa

- In the new application you need to include a .jpg image of your bio page in passport + .jpg image of a passport photo.
- Filling in the forms, all the questions takes EVEN LONGER TIME than the previous ETA-application page.
