** I played this on a retron 1 AV which is a console that plays NES games, I played this on the official physical NES cartridge meaning no save states or cheats were used in this run, also the video is not spliced so from the beginning to end it is done in a single recording.**


. One of my dad's favorite NES games (rank 4th to be specific). I have a lot of memories watching my dad play this as a kid and I beat this game back in 2017 I think or 2018 twice. This recording was my fourth time beating it.

Nostalgia aside this game is very flawed. Two hits and your dead early one, sure once and it's back to the beginning, but you don't lose your progress but you night as well have. The controls are slow and noisy of the gun upgrades are horrendous in narrow places, enemies a lot of times keep respawning over and over instantly and although the music is good there's really not that many songs, I honestly count the whole soundtrack on one hand.
