"Day One" is an instrumental piece from the soundtrack to Christopher Nolan's 2014 block buster movie "Interstellar" (starring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway and Matt Damon).

“Day One” contains most of the famous melodies from the Interstellar soundtrack and can be considered the movie’s main theme!

The film score was composed by Hans Zimmer (who previously worked with Nolan on Batman and Inception).
The soundtrack was nominated for an Academy Award!
