🚦 Slovenian Highway Now with Autonomous Traffic Management!

With the upgrade of the Traffic Management System, we have enabled autonomous traffic control based on real-time traffic data analysis.
Inductive loops, microwave sensors, and video detection cameras — more than 250 measurement points across Slovenia — continuously collect data and transmit it to the traffic control center.

💡 The core system then operates fully autonomously by:
• Detecting patterns of slowing traffic, congestion, or increased traffic flow,
• Selecting the most appropriate traffic message for each location,
• Automatically updating messages on variable message signs to guide traffic accordingly.

🧠 The role of traffic operators is now freed from routine tasks, allowing them to focus entirely on managing extraordinary events, such as handling accidents, coordinating vehicle extractions, and similar interventions.
