Amnesty Now: Boris - liar or just forgetful? 94,000 signatures, keep signing.
Is Boris Johnson a “moral vacuum”, an idiot or just plain callous -
Please keep signing the petition, we are only under 6,000 away from the 100,000 which could trigger a debate in Parliament where the question can be put.
It cannot be that Boris does not want an amnesty - as you will have seen from the clip but if that is not good enough Boris here are some reminders of how you spoke in favour of one.

I have long asked for why there is no UK Immigration Amnesty.

Today I have a very simple question for Boris Johnson and I would ask that you share this short video with other people and your MP and concillors.

Boris Johnson describes himself as a man of his word, so I have a simple question, as Prime Minister and master of this government, when can we expect your amnesty, or at least enquiry into when and why we should have one.

Why do I say Boris’s amnesty? Because as you will hear Boris has long campaigned in favour of one or at the least spoken in favour of one and now he is PM and now we have control of our own borders post Brexit, there can be no excuse for not having one, or if there is an excuse, let Boris tell us why.

If you doubt that Boris was not in favour of an amnesty listen to the following times he has spoken in favour of one

Firstly, when Lord Mayor in 2008 - said he would consider amnesty 400,000 living in London.

Secondly In May 2009 - he commissioned report in favour of amnesty for those who had lived in the UK for only 5 years

Thirdly In June 2016 during the Brexit campaign he described himself as “pro immigrant” and said he supported amnesty for those of over 12 years.

Fourthly When he was Foreign Secretary he spoke out on behalf of an amnesty for those living in the UK for 10 years as it would benefit the UK on the basis that an amnesty would be“economically rational” and would increase taxes.

Fifthly doing the Windrush -scandal he demanded an amnesty for those who had been in the UK for 10 years who were “squeaky clean”.

Indeed the day after becoming PM he said that
“I do think we need to look at people who have been living here for those who have lived here for a long period of time and that deporting people who had lived here as anomalous”

Lastly he has spoken out in favour of an amnesty as late as March this year.

Yet when asked about an amnesty directly he has failed to answer.

Boris Johnson asked for people to lend him their votes based on his words, so therefore by signing this petition we can hopefully put him to his word.
