Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.”
And New Year’s Day is the perfect place to test that truth.

A lot of people start the year with words.
Resolutions. Promises. Big intentions.
But words don’t move weight.

Today is leg day.
Calendar or not. Holiday or not.
The work doesn’t care what day it is — it only responds to effort.

Belief isn’t something you say.
It’s something you demonstrate.
Rep by rep. Set by set.

So I’m starting the year the same way I’ve built everything else —
under the weight, focused, patient, and willing to do the hard thing when waiting would be easier.

This isn’t a resolution.
It’s a standard.

Consistency is undefeated.
