Lemon blueberry sourdough recipe. The good, the bad and the burned.

Well, I always tell you I will share the good and the bad with you. This is real life on our homestead. This recipe was delicious. The burned part was totally our ovens fault. We still ate this since it was so delicious and we have since made another loaf and it turned out perfectly!

Lemon Blueberry Sourdough
75g starter
350 g water
500 g bread flour
10 g salt
40-50 g dried blueberries
15 g maple syrup
20 g brown sugar
zest of 1 lemon
