Difference between the RTX 3090 and the 3090 Ti is a more “refined” version of the RTX 3090, with slightly more performance, and typically better thermal design with VRAM.

The 4080 is actually weaker on the hardware front in contrast to the 3090. If you’ve already got a 3090, or you’re thinking about picking up a GPU for a blazing-fast workstation PC build, then I’d stick with the 3090.
