What's up everyone, this is a collection of training and the past few weeks. I unfortunately ended up getting very sick the week of our Fall Ball game against a D2 college. I was given the start for our doubleheader and I didn't want to miss it. Although my condition was much less than ideal, I battled through it so I could compete. It was very frustrating week and getting over being sick was not easy. I'm thankful that I was able to make a full recovery and get right back on track! Although it is frustrating that my numbers were down (badly), I'm confident I can break this velocity plateau and get better!
