Two young girls from Amersfoort in the Netherlands, went on a 6 week backpacking trip of a lifetime to Panama. It soon turned into a nightmare & their disappearance has sparked controversy ever since, with multiple theories to what happened to the girls in this bizarre unsolved mystery. 8 years on and many questions remain unanswered.

We look in depth to the evidence in this cold case, of which there is an abundance. Big credit goes to the people behind imperfectplan.com & Scarlet R from koudekaas.blogspot.com also Juan Perea y Monsuwe (links below) for such thorough investigative skills & dedication in collating the information surrounding the events that resulted in the untimely loss of Kris Kremers, 21 & Lisanne Froon, 22, who were vivacious, gentle souls with promising lives ahead of them.

For clarity, I would like to point out a mistake I made in commentary, I referred to 77 attempts to call emergency services, this was in fact 77 attempts to unlock the phone, which were unsuccessful. I also want to make it very clear, I do not accuse or attack the tour guide in the video, I just believe he knows more than he eludes to, and I maintain that train of thought. In my opinion, there was human intervention in the girls disappearance, I am in little doubt in regards to that.
