Making a Box with a Lid Part 1 // Adventures in Bookbinding

Описание к видео Making a Box with a Lid Part 1 // Adventures in Bookbinding

In the last video I made a shallow cover for protecting gold leaf on a gold cushion. The same design can be used for a lid of a box. In this 2 part series I'll make a box with a lid.

I use Evasol EVA for this project. Any standard EVA or PVA designed for bookbinding will work for this project.

The grey binders board I use is 2.2mm thick and I buy it from a paper wholesaler. Any board such as Davey board or millboard will work fine. All major bookbinding supply store will have suitable board. The card stock I use is Bristol Systems Board 300gsm (10pt).
