Harry Potter: Wizards Unite does not have teams. However, once you reach Level 6, you can choose your wizarding profession! You can choose one of three magical professions:

-Professor, led by Professor McGonagall
-Auror, led by Harry Potter
-Magizoologist, led by Hagrid

In this video, my husband and I both discuss the professions we chose and why. I also briefly explain the profession skill trees and the resources needed to level up your skill tree.
