If you want to be a member of one of the four Royal Colleges of Surgeons then you need to pass Two Exams:
1/MRCS PART A
2/MRCS PART B
MRCS Stand for Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons
This Video focuses on MRCS PART A
It’s a 5-hour exam that you will pay 5 hundred and 50 pounds for.

This exam is usually taken on the computer in a centre but in some countries, it’s a paper format

MRCS PART A has two paper
1/Paper One
It’s also called applied knowledge basic science.
It contains 180 MCQs that should be answered in 180 minutes.
MCQs of paper one tests Anatomy, physiology, pathology pharmacology l, microbiology etc


2/Paper Two
It’s also called the principle of surgery in general.
It contains 120 MCQs that’s should be answered in 120 minutes.
MCQs of paper two tests:
Surgical condition, trauma,p re, peri and post-operative care.
On my exam, most of the MCQs were on surgical conditions, especially on paediatric surgery and orthopaedics topics.
