Preparing Pesara Pappu Menthi kura / Methi Moong Dal Curry

Preparation:
1) Soak 1 cup pesara pappu ( Moong Dal ) for 4 hrs

2) Add soaked Pesarapappu (Moong Dal) with 2&1/2 cups water for 30mins and keep them aside

3) Heat oil and add cumins seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, crushed garlic, cut chilli & curry leaves. Saute for a min

4) Add Onions and saute for another 5 mins

5) Add Chopped methi leaves and mix well keep the lid and leave for 10 mins

6) Add 1 & 1/2 spoon Red chilli powder and 1spoon salt and leaves for couple of mins

7) Add cooked moong dal and let everything cook for 5mins. Taking in to serving bowl after 5mins.

8) Enjoy the Curry with Rice or Chapathi
