Breath Stretch Summer Workout Series - BALANCE STRETCH

Today's workout is an outdoor balance routine to stretch and tone the total body. The workout is mostly Pilates based with an addition of Yoga elements throughout. This balance routine includes all standing exercises which are beginner friendly and easy, yet challenging to empower your strong stability stance!

Similar to the PILATES STRETCH, (   • 8 Minute Beginner Pilates | No Equipment T...  ) you will experience a sequence of dynamic movements that strengthen your body, ease the mind, and shine your spirit bright: That spirit within us that is our personality, our emotions, our sense of self without thought...that "just-be" unique YOU.💗

The movements presented in the workout are paired together to perfect your strong stability stance, with engagement of the core, to help improve your posture, balance, and overall functional mobility. Enjoy this "feel good" exercise routine, for both physical and mental health. Reflect upon your breath throughout, listening and feeling the breath: allow it to be your guide.😊
