This practice includes a somatic check-in, tuning into the wisdom of the soma. We notice expansion and contraction, without judgment or fixing — simply listening to what is present.
You are invited to gently ask:
How is your heart right now?
How is your mind?
How is your energy?
Everything is welcome here. This is not about changing your experience, but about honoring it. Presence itself becomes the prayer.

This multidimensional ceremonial practice softens the nervous system, strengthens digestion, awakens creative fire, and returns us to the sacred rhythms and nature within and around us. Rooted in ancestral wisdom, and devotional movement, QiTanYo invites you to slow down and listen to the intelligence of your body. Through subtle movement, breath, sound, stillness, and intention, we create space for our Qi, Prana , Vital Life Force to be cultivated in regulation, release, and remembrance without force, performance, or striving.
This is not a workout. It is a return. A place where soma and soul begin to speak the same language again. Each practice is guided as a living ritual, honoring both modern nervous system awareness and ancient embodied traditions. A space to breathe, attune, and remember what holds us.
