Your Choice of Cut of Thinly Sliced Beef.

Beef 🥩 Marinade

1 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Cup of Shaoxing Wine
2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp of Sugar
1 Tsp of Corn Starch
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
A dash of Black or White Pepper

Cover with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate for 20-30 Mins.

Stir Fry Sauce

3 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tsp of Minced Garlic 🧄
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp of Shaoxing Wine
2 Tbsp of Sugar
1 Tbsp of Corn Starch
1/4 Cup of Water
A Dash of Black or White Pepper

Prep 🔪

1 Cup of Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Cup of Chopped Green Bell Pepper 🫑
1/2 Cup of Chopped Yellow or White Onions 🧅

1 Tsp of Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbs of Light Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp of Sugar
1 Tsp of Corn Starch
1 Tsp of Baking Soda

Instructions 📝

1. On Hight Heat. Add oil to Wok or Pan.

Once hot. Add Minced Garlic. Give it a Stir.

Once Fragrant add in Onions 🧅. Give it a Stir. Once you get some color (1-2 mins) Add in your Beef 🥩.

2. Sear your Beef on both sides (1-2 Mins).

-Once Complete. Add in your Veggies.
Add in Cornstarch.
Stir and Combine (2-3 Mins).

3. Shut off your Heat. Ready to Serve! Pairs up so well with Fluffy Jasmine Rice 🍚.
