These single sided cable lugs are sized for 1/2" studs and 4 AWG wire. I filed into the tin outer coating and verified they are made of copper. The internal diameter of the lug is 0.28" or 7mm, and the hole is 0.51 inches.

They include 6x red and 6x black heat shrink tubing, but 10x lugs, so the assumption is that you are making pairs of positive and negative wires, but you do get one extra of each color. The heat shrink tubing is lined with heat sensitive adhesive (think, a thin layer of hot glue) so that when you shrink it the adhesive sets and makes a water tight seal along with the single ended lug to keep moisture out of the joint.

At this size, you will ideally have a hydraulic crimp tool to attach these lugs to wire (and don't forget to put the heat shrink tubing over the wire before you crimp them!)
