The same congrats are extended towards Dalton McGrath, who was brought up to me by ShinyHunterCVC. He got his shiny Regirock before I did, but because it took a little bit of time for me to upload this, it's surprising that the two encounters were so close to each other. The locks are removed for the Regis and the Mirage Spot Pokemon, but whether or not they're removed for Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, and Deoxys remains to be seen. If anyone wants me to, I can try to SR for a Deoxys to see if at least that one is not shiny locked. Of course, when Serebii or some other official source comes out and says it's locked, I'll stop and maybe just post some sort of video about it.
