How to make a tiefling tail for cosplay

Hey friends! I'm excited to be back with yet another cosplay tutorial. I feel like making poseable Tiefling/Devil tails can be quite daunting when cosplaying them, and I went through a lot of varying ideas on how to make one as cheap and easy as possible.
