Singh Is Kinng (2008) is a Hindi comedy-action film directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The story revolves around Happy Singh (Akshay Kumar), a compassionate but clumsy villager from Punjab. When the village learns that one of their residents, Lakhanpal Singh (Sonu Sood), is an underworld don in Australia, they send Happy to counsel him. However, due to a mix-up, Happy ends up in Egypt and later in Australia, where he gets entangled in a series of hilarious misadventures. Along the way, he falls in love with Sonia (Katrina Kaif), a criminologist who prefers to have criminals killed rather than reformed. The film follows Happy's journey as he navigates love, friendship, and chaos, eventually becoming the "King" of the Australian underworld.
