Walkthrough guide summary:

R6 Two Subs.
Bottom Sub to 002.
Bottom Sub to 202.
Sniper on Strong, upgrade to 100.
Boat, upgrade to 002.
Second Boat.
Druid, upgrade to 020.
R31 Quickly upgrade Druid to 030 on Strong.
R34 Sushi Bento (Benjamin).
First Boat to 202.
Second Boat to 010.
R35 Turn off Auto Start.
R36 Druid to 130, Biohack immediately.
R38 Quickly upgrade Boat to 302.
R40 Biohack when MOAB is turning right.

R41 002 Village and 302 Wizard.
R48-49 Wizard to 402.
400 Alchemist.
Village to 202.
Sniper to First.
New 301 Wizard.
R58 Wizard to 401.
103 Wizard.

R62 Wizard to 104.
R75 Biohack when top fortified MOAB comes out, then Syphon.
R77 Biohack MOABs from bottom BFBs are popped.
R78 Syphon 5 seconds after the round starts. Quickly get Prince of Darkness (105 Wizard) and use Biohack on second ceramic wave.
R79 Boat to 040.
R80 Hook and Biohack when ZOMG pops.

R84 Turn off Auto Start.
R85 Syphon immediately. Hook and Biohack when top ZOMG pops.
R86 Pirate Lord (250 Boat).
R87 Hook the last ZOMG.
R88 New 320 Alchemist.
030 Ninja.

R91 Ninja to 040.
R92 Hook when the first top ZOMG pops.
R93 Second 040 Ninja.
R94 Hook the first bottom ZOMG, Sabotage the second bottom ZOMG, Sabotage again, Hook the last ZOMG.
R95 Sub to 030, Sabotage the DDTs.
R96 Sub to 040, Sniper to 300.
Hook and Sabotage when the first top ZOMG pops.
After top side clears, Sabotage and Biohack when a ZOMG pops.
R97 Hook immediately, First Strike when Hook ability is almost up.
R98 Syphon and Hook immediately, Sabotage when Hook cooldown is at about 50%. Quickly upgrade Sniper to 420.
R99 Wizard to 402, Alchemist to 420. Sabotage 3 seconds after the round starts, Hook when 3 bottom DDTs come out.
R100 First Strike.
