Cinnamon Sugar Candied Pecans

Cinnamon sugar candied pecans are extremely easy to make and are great to have around the house during the holidays! Candied pecans can make great homemade gifts and also smell amazing when baking! Add these cinnamon sugar candied pecans to salads or use on holiday desserts, like cakes and pumpkin pies. You can always add more ground cinnamon or any other spices you think would taste well on these. If you do not have pecan halves or do not like pecans, feel free to substitute other types of nuts like almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or cashews or a mixture of all of them.

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tbsp water
2 1/2 cups pecans halves (or any other types of nuts)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Bake in a 225°F preheated oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
