TPGY Stock: Will The Merger With EVBox Fail?

TPGY might not actually merge with EVBox. Today we'll talk about the issue, a former hedge fund manager, the CEO of EVbox and the expected value of TPGY. Wanna join the Discord?

It seems that EVBox has not been able to present their annual financials. It might have to do with their mother company, Engie. And keep in mind EVBox is European and the SPAC is American.

It's likely that the TPGY SPAC will extend the date until September 2021. They might even renegotiate the terms of the SPAC merger with EVBox. In this video we're also going to look at the expected value of the TPGY stock right now.
