Allie & Andrew got to experience that by eloping on Mackinac Island, where there are no cars at all, but horse-drawn carriages! The main focus for their wedding day though, was the true beauty that the island offers. Wooded forests, rocky cliffs, and water views as far as you can see! Allie & Andrew's elopement was so intimate and meaningful. Their good friend officiated the marriage, and to make it even more special, they washed each other's feet with water right from Lake Michigan, an act of sacrificial love. We then explored the island, stopping at Arch Rock along the way, an iconic location on the island. It was a really meaningful day that spoke to who Allie & Andrew are as a couple.
