Contract Law is a Civil Law.
Contract is an Agreement enforceable by law as per Section 2 (h) of Indian Contract Act 1872.
The parties to the Contract to be of Sound Mind at the time of Executing the Contract. Otherwise it is not valid, in other words, Void ab initio.
