Turn OFF V-Sync, then follow the other steps mentioned in the video & also enter ALL of the commands I said in the video in the in-game chat box (don't stress the pop up message the command gives, it's harmless and won't do anything, the command literally just prioritizes WoW through your CPU and GPU and BAM! No more lag or choppiness in TBC Classic!
