Ingredients used in the video
1 kg Chicken
1 & 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 & 1/2 tsp Salt (For Chicken Marination)
1 large spoon Ginger-Garlic Paste (1 & 1/2 tbsp.)
2 large spoon Curd (3 tbsp.)
8-10 Green Chili (Ground)
Javitri (Mace)
Jaayefal (Nutmeg)
Chhoti Ilayichi (Green Cardamom)
200 ml Oil
3 medium size Onion
4-5 Bay leaves
Cinnamon
2 Star Anise
1/2 Lemon juice
5 tsp Salt (For Rice)
1 kg Basmati Rice
Mint Leaves
1-2 tsp Desi Ghee
1/2 cup Milk
6-7 drops Kewra Essence
Food Color
