In a typical cultist/pope-like fashion, Bryan Denlinger lies to cover up the fact that he does behave a lot like a Catholic priest.

It's ironic that Bryan is so militant against Roman Catholicism (which I give an amen to, Roman Catholicism is indeed wicked and satanic) but yet Bryan behaves and acts a lot like a Catholic priest or Pope, and his followers also behave a lot like Catholics. Bryan and his followers are becoming the cult they hate.

Bryan doesn't seem to understand why he gets called "father Bryan". The reason why is because Bryan acts and behaves a lot like a Catholic priest, he won't take correction, he calls people lost if they do try to correct him, and he seems to think he is above reproof due to his status as a preacher (when a younger brother tries to reprove Bryan, Bryan always uses his "I'm a preacher" argument to deflect reproof, Bryan seems to think he is above reproof, and many of Bryan's cultic followers also seem to think Bryan is above reproof, just like a Catholic priest).
