Demolishing this 200 year old house. It was originally a carriage house for the house next door and was built around 1760. The house was in disrepair and had to be demolished. We tore down the house, broke up all the concrete, foundation, slabs, patios, retaining walls, and the hot tub. I used my Kubota KX080 for most for the work. I rented a jack hammer for my Bobcat T66 to break up the spa hot tub. There was a lot of old stone work and concrete to remove, we hauled out about 250 tons of concrete and stone. We had a close call with the chimney removal.
