Augusta Crabbing | Kangaroo Biltong | Y2EP19

I trek south to Augusta in search for the big Blue Manna Crabs. Every now and then we hear rumors of big blueys making their way into the Blackwood River, but only ever seem to hang around for a couple of weeks or so.
They weren't there in massive numbers but we still managed to get a feed and PB'd the dinghy for it's biggest crab to date.
Bucket O Bill fires up again and this time making some Roo Leg Biltong. Steaks were pretty thick but the warm weather dried it out quicker than we thought, which worked out lovely and turned out amazing!!
