All tuna are caught with a hook and line, bled and iced, and delivered fresh to Chuck's Seafood in downtown Charleston, Oregon for immediate sale to the public. Delicious firm white tuna flesh that tastes the best on a grill or even sliced raw and thin and served with wasabi and shoyu , your classic Shamsi. There is a lot to see on a tuna trip from albatross birds to whales and Orcas. Numerous sharks, odd floating debris that sometimes holds tropical fish such as dorado as well as albacore tuna. We run six lines to a side for a total of 12 lines. Enjoy!
