"I'm going to teach you a meditation by which you can experience how thoughts enter your mind. Close your eyes. Thoughts are coming from outside, from the space. Every one of you has established a bank account of thoughts that reside in the space as Akashic records. Akash in Sanskrit means the space.

Now the thoughts are coming as energy particles, and then they hum and hit your right eye in the retina. The retina has billions of cells. Your ego will accept only a few thoughts, and most of them are bounced back into the space. Those received by the retina of the right eye will travel to the left brain.

The process also happens in the left eye as well. The left eye retina accepts a few thoughts allowed by your ego, and then those thoughts travel to the right brain. The two brains then actualize the thought or thoughts. If you just keep your eyes closed and a few times feel the process in the two eyes and in the two brains, you will begin to understand the dynamics."— Dr. Pillai

Dr. Pillai teaches a meditation to help you experience how thoughts enter your mind from the space, known in Sanskrit as Akash. These thoughts arrive as energy particles, hitting the retina of your right eye and traveling to the left brain. The same process occurs in the left eye, with thoughts moving to the right brain. Your ego filters which thoughts to accept, while most are bounced back into space. By closing your eyes and feeling this process in both eyes and both sides of the brain, you begin to understand the deeper dynamics of thought.
