Fighter pilot, Mark Fogel, shares why the American fighter squadron is the best team in the world and how those principles can be adopted in other organizations. Mark Fogel is a former US Air Force fighter pilot and current squadron commander in the Ohio Air National Guard. A graduate of the US Air Force Academy and the Harvard Kennedy School, he is in a leadership program at one of the largest companies in America, consults for nonprofit organizations on a variety of public policy issues, and is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Dayton. One of his passions is exploring the intersections among the behavioral sciences, leadership, and organizational success. He is married to his love, Amy, and together they have three children.
