Yamaha RX-V6A 8K Atmos AV Receiver Review

Yamaha has completely revamped the looks of their 2021 AV receivers. The RX-V6A is the first of these next generation receivers that will support HDMI 2.1 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz content with a future firmware upgrade. This receiver comes armed with all the latest immersive surround codecs and HDMI support for the latest gaming platforms. Yamaha let's you stream from your favorite music app through its MusicCast music management system such as Tidal, Pandora, Spotify and more. Rated at 100wpxc (2-ch driven), should provide adequate power for small to medium sized rooms when using 8-ohm rated speakers.
