(https://www.rclesu.com/) *UPDATE: White Tracked Loader Pump Issue - NEW FINDINGS the LESU WHITE TRACKED LOADER was leaking at the PUMP. There is another issue, and it was NOT related to the thread lock. Viewers are noting that I lined up the hoses incorrectly.. Thank you. But folks, view 10 seconds later, when the lines are corrected. The hoses were initially hooked up wrong, but seconds later in the video (   • PROJECT SKiD! (PT4) BUiLDiNG 2 LESU SKiD S...  ) the hoses are in the CORRECT position. We all make mistake building, and I am like the rest of us. When I make mistakes, I own up to them. This is a time stamp (3:09) from the video showing the corrected hoses, only moments after the original mistake, and long before any pressure was put to the pump. I hope this helps. I do love this forensic investigation people are doing! Maybe we can figure out why the thing still didn't work.

It now has to be returned to LESU for the to investigate the failure.

There was a video posted today of the issue.. and it looked like "Tight" Rams.. or inconsistent pressure from the pump, after it failed. I think the pump failed because of the "Tight Rams". This is why there was so much Hydraulic fluid everywhere .. it was leaking at the bottom. It was hard to spot until I removed all of the hydraulics and ran it independently. The new video demonstrates the ram issue, or the pump issue. It was difficult to pin point -    • Видео  

Personally I feel that no matter the consequences - a man/woman/human should admit when they are wrong. In a recent build I have been working on.. I have made an error in judgement by using LOCTITE 545 (made for Hydraulics), on LESU Banjo Pins. Recently, I had to release a video, where I was frustrated that both of my Skid Steer loaders were not functioning properly when it was time to test the hydraulics. After years of using products from LESU I have seen them have issues before, and quickly dismissed my findings as another error. Nope. Not in my ORANGE loader at least.. it was 100% my fault. I found a clogged pin in the Draw Tube, at the pump. This was preventing the pump from priming.

Thankfully, the community quickly surrounded me with support - and suggested that this was the case, among other great suggestions.

Thank you for your openness, and for leading me in the right direction. LESU finally came back with the same answer after viewing my videos.

It was hard to hear I was wrong, and worse to see the proof. But, I wanted to come back and let everyone know that the ORANGE loader is working.

I can get back to my usual build video and finish this project for our viewers.. as we are ALL eager to see these working!

These models are the LESU Brand, and are made in China. They are full metal kits and they offer each one of these to stores and distributors. On rare occasion they will sell to the public. Personally I have always had good luck with Lesu.. although they have had some growing pains.
