Here are what I rate as the best lures for shore caught Pollock, metal lures are the better option for me as they cast far, you can cover a lot of ground with them, they get down deep in fast water and are cheap if you lose them. All well and good spending big bucks on fancy japanese hardwear but no good if you lose them first cast! Fish dont do brand names!
