The following review is my opinion of our stay at the Hotel Golf Residence in Tunisia. Could this be the worst hotel in the world? I don't know about that, but for what we paid, it was such a huge disappointment. We paid £1600 through Thomas Cook for two adults and one child on half-board basis. I sent the following letter of complaint and their reply was poor, to say the least. They basically said they admit nothing was wrong, but as a gesture of goodwill they offered a £240 voucher to spend with them. That is unacceptable and is not the end of the matter...
